| I would like to personally thank you and Kathy for the excellent customer
service you provide. In my position and holding several “membership” type
positions in other organizations, I have become the “Flower Girl”.
This is not something that comes naturally for me. However, I have been
able to keep up with multiple requests because it is so easy to call
you both, tell you what I need to do and know it is taken care of. You
are incredibly easy to work with and I can rely on a quality product
every time. You make it easy for people like me who often feel compassion

Many times business owners don't receive sufficient thanks for the products they provide. First I want to thank you for the beautiful poinsettias you delivered to our office for this Holiday season. They were lovely plants and added to the 'festive feeling' in the office for the holidays. We had many nice comments about them and how beautiful they were. Customers inquired where they came from and if they were real. It gave us the opportunity to recommend your business. In fact, it got me thinking that next year when I order more for the Holiday season, we should have note cards by each plant indicating they came from Neitzerts. Neitzerts Greenhouse & Florist has met my floral and gardening needs for thirty years and counting. Kathy and Linda always greet me with a smile and are willing to help me choose an arrangement, find the right floral gift or place a Teleflora order. All the folks there are helpful, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to make sure I find what will grow best in my home and yard. I am always impressed by the ever changing variety of gifts including arrangements and flowers along with unique seasonal and holiday decorations. Neitzerts is my only choice for floral shopping because I know the products are top quality all the time and that any gift I send from Neitzerts will be freshly created and delivered on time.
